Central Pre-diluted Solution
Our central pre-dilution solution consists of three components: Mixing Station, Satellite, and Booster. Cold and hot water is mixed and sent through the system. The water first passes through the booster, which increases the water pressure from normal tap water pressure to up to 27 bar. This means that the operators in the production facilities can now rinse the various rooms where the satellites are located.
The mixing station is where the chemicals are mixed with water from the water supply. It is important that this mixing is done at the correct mixing proportion, which is achieved by maintaining a consistent water pressure of 3 bar using a pressure control valve. This ensures that not too much water enters the mixing process and that the chemicals are not dissolved. Once the mixture is correct, it is sent to the pump, which increases the pressure to between 6 and 9 bar. This ensures that the chemicals can be efficiently distributed to the satellite.
The satellite controls the entire cleaning process, allowing you to choose between different functions such as sanitizing, foaming and rinsing. The mixed chemicals from the mixing station are sent to the satellite, which performs the necessary processes depending on the selected cleaning task.
When using the foaming function, air is added to the chemicals to ensure effective foaming. When the chemicals and water are mixed in the mixing station, a homogeneous mixture is formed. When this mixture is sent to the satellite where the foaming function is activated, air is added to the mixture.
The disinfection function is not activated by the addition of air, but instead the chemicals already mixed in the mixing station continue directly into the hose.
The system is designed to separate chemicals from production equipment, which is particularly important in food production and is often a requirement of production customers.
